Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applicable to all digital products, guides, chapters, and maps sold by The Loapers.

At The Loapers, we are committed to providing high-quality, authentic route guides and adventure content. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchase of our digital goods.

1. Digital Goods Policy

All products sold by The Loapers are digital goods (e-guides, downloadable maps, digital chapters, etc.). Once the digital product is downloaded, accessed, or sent to the customer, the transaction is considered complete.

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

This policy is necessary because:

  • Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once access has been granted.

  • Once a product is downloaded, we cannot prevent its continued use.

2. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

We will offer a refund or replacement only in the following circumstance:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you successfully complete the payment but do not receive the download link or access to the digital product within 24 hours. In this case, you must contact us immediately, and we will first attempt to re-send the product. If we are unable to successfully deliver the product, a full refund will be processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, you cannot cancel an order once the payment process has been initiated and completed.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you experience technical difficulty or non-delivery (as per Section 2), please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase (transaction ID and purchase date) at:
